Helen Gibbs MRICS FAAV

Having joined Laws & Fiennes in 2012, Helen became a member of the newly formed LLP in 2019. She completed her Masters at the Royal Agricultural College and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2009. Helen is a RICS Registered Valuer and a council member for Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Association.

From a family farming background and with her own flock of pedigree sheep, Helen is able to bring her practical knowledge to the Rural Estates she manages. She specialises in landlord and tenant matters, project management, disposals, valuations, compensation claims and farm related matters. Helen works for a variety of clients including private individuals, Trusts, Charities and Institutions.

Hywel Morse MRICS FAAV

Hywel joined Laws & Fiennes in 2019 and became a member of the LLP in 2022 having previously worked for Fisher German, where he specialised in estate management and renewable energy development & negotiations and most recently Sworders where as a Director he furthered his experience in development land identification, owner led land promotion, development partner negotiations and complex tax planning arrangements.

From a Welsh farming background, Hywel has a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University College. He became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2010. Hywel is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Hywel advises on landlord and tenant matters, project management, disposals, valuations, compensation claims and brings his renewable energy & development knowledge to our rural estate management services.

Sarah Jordan MRICS FAAV

Sarah joined Laws & Fiennes in 2022 having formerly worked for a national firm across the Midlands with a focus on private client, rural estate management, planning and utility work.

From a family farming background in Worcestershire Sarah has a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) from Harper Adams University College. She became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009 and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2010.

Sarah's practical and life experience, strengthens the advice she provides and helps her to relate and understand what her clients are aiming to achieve. She takes a long-term perspective on the work that she undertakes and takes great pride seeing her clients aims come to fruition.

Lucy Sawbridge MRICS FAAV

Lucy joined Laws & Fiennes in 2021 from Berrys in Oxford. She completed her Masters degree at Reading University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2015 and as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2018. Lucy is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Lucy is involved with the management of rural estates for private and institutional clients. She has experience of landlord and tenant matters, valuations, the Basic Payment Scheme, Rural planning and agri-environment schemes.
