We have considerable experience in asset management and planning work. Our role is one of identifying opportunities, and may include the appointment and coordination of external consultants to help realise the opportunity. Our independence allows us to offer clear objective advice to our clients.
We appreciate the complexity and sometimes longevity of the planning process and how challenging it can be. We will work alongside our clients and our associated building surveyor for smaller projects in pursuit of their objectives and co-ordinate the specialist consultants needed for larger scale developments. Today it is essential to manage the relationship with the community especially in the case of larger developments which can sometimes be controversial and therefore difficult, we will always seek to provide positive solutions.
