Charles is the senior partner and has over 25 years experience in the management of a wide range of rural property for institutional, trustee and private clients.
He has been involved in both large and small scale planning issues, mineral extraction, negotiations with various bodies, grant schemes and all aspects of landlord and tenant relations, together with all the normal issues raised by rural estate management.
He previously served on the local committee of the Royal Forestry Society and is a trustee both of a local hospital and a small land owning charity.
Neil has over 30 years experience in advising institutional, charitable and private clients on a wide range of rural asset management matters.
His expertise includes estate management, strategic advice, planning and development work. He is a RICS registered valuer. He also has experience in farm management, forestry, minerals, diversification and conservation matters.
Neil is chairman of the Oxfordshire branch of the Farm Community Network.
Helen joined Laws & Fiennes in 2012 from Halls in Worcester and was promoted to Associate in 2015. She completed her Masters at the Royal Agricultural College and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2009. Helen is a RICS Registered Valuer and a council member for Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Association.
She has a broad range of rural estate management and professional experience and advises on all landlord and tenant matters, project management, disposals, valuations, compensation claims and farm related matters such as Basic Payment Scheme and Countryside Stewardship. Helen works for a variety of clients including private individuals, Trusts, Charities and Institutions.
Alistair joined Laws and Fiennes in 2016 from Fisher German in Banbury. He completed his degree at the Royal Agricultural University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer in 2016. Alistair is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Alistair is involved with the management of rural estates for private and institutional clients. He has experience of landlord and tenant matters, valuations, renewable energy, the Basic Payment, agri-environment schemes and GIS mapping.
